How do updates work?

 You must request your data update file from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it at this time. You may do so once per month. Upon receipt of your request, your file will be generated, and an email sent to you notifying you of the location to download the file. The file is a complete replacement file. 

What happens if I dont want to renew my annual subscription?

 You must certify to us within thirty days of your contract expiration date, that the data has been deleted, purged and all copies expunged from your systems.
