DataOne Software (D1S) provides DMS polling for many dealer service providers. This solution has been designed to support established clients with 25 or more dealers for migration. Minimum dealer commitment applies, although this can be lowered when other D1S services are utilized.

The EasyDMS™ service connects to any DMS system, pulls a predefined report, and transfers this report in one of the more common formats to the end-user at the destination of choice. This solution is ideal for application / service developers who need a low cost, reliable solution to receive dealership inventory in a timely and standardized fashion. Standard service includes 6 pulls per week. Pricing starts at $30.00/month for one report per dealer, $40.00 for two reports. Historical reports start at $150.00 per incident. Setup fees are equivalent to the monthly recurring fee.

Due to the design of the EasyDMS™ solution, it is easy to develop modular code to connect to new DMS systems as the need arises. The raw data feeds are processed to remove duplicate headers, extraneous lines and artifacts, as well as empty lines. The report that you receive will be formatted cleanly, and will be easily imported into your database application.
